Nevada Rural Housing’s mission is to promote, provide and finance affordable housing opportunities for all rural Nevadans. NRH does this through homeownership programs (down payment assistance, access to affordable credit, and homeowner tax credits), rental services (Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8, emergency rental assistance and security deposit assistance) and community development initiatives (including ground-up construction and acquisition/rehabilitation of affordable housing). NRH serves Nevada’s 15 rural counties and the rural portions of Clark and Washoe Counties – a coverage area of 110,000 square miles and home to more than 1.3 million Nevadans. North Bay Industries (NBI), incorporated as North Bay Rehabilitation Services, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt California non-profit public benefit corporation, headquartered in Rohnert Park CA. NBI has provided vocational rehabilitation services, training and employment for the disabled community since its founding in 1968. We employ over 160 adults with disabilities.
